  • Main Chassis – IS 2062 Heavy Duty 450 x 152 I Beam and suitable Ladder Type Structure.
  • Body Panel – IS 2062 Side Wall and Tail Door 4 / 3 mm Thick, Floor 6 / 5 / 4 mm Thick, Head Board 5 / 6 mm thick. Material high tensile steel with minimum yield strength of 350 N/mm2 and Ultimate Tensile strength of 500 N/mm2
  • Hydraulic Tipping System - Multi Stage cylinder FE / FC type
  • Landing Leg – Twin Speed Gear Operated with Lift Capacity of 25 Tons
  • Axles and Suspension – 13 Ton Capacity York Make with York Suspension / York or Ashok Leyland Make with AMPL make In-House heavy duty Triple Axle Suspension.
  • Brake System- ICAT Approved WABCO Make.

  • Paint - Epoxy Primer + Enamel paint (Colour As per required by customer). Branding charge extra
